Broad feature set, a great storage concept, and continuous investments in product development
There are not a lot of features that I like about this software, but I can say that the journalling does seem to be very consistent. I will also give them the benefit of the doubt, while slow, they are improving the solution year over year.
It is highly secure and easy to use. Scaling is easy and I like ease of discovering data.
Some parts of the product, such as the EV Admin Console, are technologically outdated - for example, it still relies on MMC and there is no web interface available
Features such as folder sync do not work consistently. Our customer rep is very friendly, but does not offer much support or help with the product. The company appears to be going through a big reorg and I'm not confident that they understand their roadmap for the future.
No issues whatsoever. Veritas Enterprise Vault has been amazing.
