Integrates seamlessly with email platforms and allows for easy flagging of emails you dont want to receive. In reality, many people find it easier than setting up email filters manually. The daily summaries allow for very fast review and accurate judgement of whether items need to be manually checked or not. Very few questions from end-users were received after initial deployment.
set it and forget it. once we hooked it up to M365 tenant it silently archives everything, Never really have to worry about it Deep search capabiltiies - if you actually know how to build the right query (supported by AI) you can find needles in haystacks Rock solid - performant, never had downtime or sync issues
Though i am no longer an administrator of the product and just a 'user', i feel the search functionality was always the best. the product also follows the compliance requirements so there are no issues with wondering if legal/regulatory obligations are being followed.
No dislikes. Their front-end is responsive and simple to use for end users. Deployment was very straightforward. Genuinely no dislikes about this product.
Clunky interface - unintuitive and dated, takes new admins a while to get to grips with. Exporting can be a pain - sometimes stalls if the export is too huge
The interface (gui) isn't as modern and gives you a somewhat oudated feel. Also it doesn't affect the product's functionality, it would be great to see an update so it's more user friendly/appealing.
