Though i am no longer an administrator of the product and just a 'user', i feel the search functionality was always the best. the product also follows the compliance requirements so there are no issues with wondering if legal/regulatory obligations are being followed.

The interface (gui) isn't as modern and gives you a somewhat oudated feel. Also it doesn't affect the product's functionality, it would be great to see an update so it's more user friendly/appealing.
Duplicates are visible in the archive Sometimes support takes a long time to respond Some users think it's difficult to navigate if not taught
The Archive home page could use a bit of a refresh on layout and design, but the solution is rock solid.
