We use it for email and it's simple and unobtrusive to the end-user. The provide a helpful daily summary of anything captured with sender and subject info present, allowing for quick review.

It definitely checks the box for our compliance needs and captures pretty much everythhing without us having to think about it. The e-discovery features are powerful but the interface feels like its from 10 years ago, so basic searches are kind of a chore. It works reliably
