Affordable pricing of the software and general compliance. I like the reliability of the software in access control. The software has great data encryption capabilities and 24/7 support services. Ability to integrate with other tools and effectiveness in backup and compliance management. Ease of deployment and implementation.
So far no bad experiences. Mimecast Cloud Archive has delivered.
The web interface is sometimes very slow, the explanations for rejected messages could contain additional info, and sometimes the policy enforcement for SPAM is too 1098strong.
I have nothing against Cloud Archive Software, it has met all our needs.
