Examity provides our students with ample flexibility in exam times and system types. On average, proctors are well-trained and helpful. Examity's bandwidth requirements are low enough for most of our rural students to use the service.

Flexible scheduling for online exams from Examity is beneficial to our students. However, one major disadvantage of automated proctoring is that there are many false positives. The continuous interruptions and stress of students is more than just the ease it brings in the classroom.

Online proctoring presents a number of technological and logistical challenges for any proctoring service provider. Examity has shown itself to be adept at meeting these challenges while providing excellent service to end users. Examity's proctors are usually well-trained and willing to troubleshoot technical impediments with our students to ensure effective delivery of proctoring services.

The ability for Examity to allow for exams to be taken online at the students' convenience was a big plus for our university. The students would be able to select a larger number of times and locations for their exams, thus eliminating many clashes.

While Examity's end-user network requirements are reasonable, it would be nice if they could lower the upload requirement so more students could use their service.

The problem with Examity has been the high incidence of false positives with the automated proctoring detection systems. During the exam, students would be fined for what seemed like petty offenses such as looking away from the screen or changing posture.
