We decided to engage with EY for our S4 implementation based on the strength of their team and their transparency during the RFP and shortlisting process. They were open to structuring the deal the way we needed it and ensured we got the key leadership resources assigned to the program that we wanted. Delivery was well-executed. EY managed program risks and issues in an organized manner. In a few cases there were resource issues that needed resolution and these were handled well - capable alternate resources were proposed in a timely manner and onboarded with minimal impact to the program. EY Leaders assigned to the program were experts in their field - they were able to up-level our processes and ensured that we stuck to industry-standards with minimal customizations. The EY technical resources were very strong - SAP Basis capabilities, software development and functional resources were excellent.
