1. The web GUI in it is easy to use. 2. It's administration is also simple. 3. It can be run an any device. 4. It has integration with NTFS and active dictionary.
Read Full ReviewIt's more than just a file sharing platform. We are able to set up a registration and login screen for users to sign up for access to our assets which we can then approve and assign specific access. We only use a fraction of FileCloud's capabilities right now, but there's so much more. We also like that we can have unlimited External Users since we can have hundreds of resellers that only need to view and download our content.

The one thing we have found missing is the ability to sync and remove disabled users from our AD environment.
Read Full Review1. It's cost is little high. 2. It has some issues in uninstalling/reinstalling. 3. It is not easy to access the setup drive mount on a Mac without out the use of other application to make it work.
Read Full Review1. We'd prefer to assign access by user group rather than by folder, but that's just how our previous system worked. 2. I haven't seen a way to update certain aspects of all email templates rather than just editing one at a time and updating HTML code isn't always the easiest for those not quite familiar. Having both options would be ideal. 3. When sharing a folder (to an external user, in my case), it shows up as shared by FileCloud or my username first rather than just the folder name and then maybe another column or something with the owner.
