Filelcloud strengths for us are its support; the team assisting with queries or change requests are 1st class and extremely good at responding. Secondly, the power of the FileClouds engine to tailor our sites requirements to their unique business needs is a strong selling point and finally the ability for us to whitelabel the product within our surveillance environment is key.

1. The web GUI in it is easy to use. 2. It's administration is also simple. 3. It can be run an any device. 4. It has integration with NTFS and active dictionary.

The simplicity of sharing data for our customers.

As a SaaS customer,, some of the management features are not available to me and that requires requests being made of FileClouds support team. FileClouds support is truly excellent, but sometimes it would be helpful if actions where able to be actioned b ourselves. For review purposes, if you are using other versions you are able to action some of these tasks.

1. It's cost is little high. 2. It has some issues in uninstalling/reinstalling. 3. It is not easy to access the setup drive mount on a Mac without out the use of other application to make it work.

The one thing we have found missing is the ability to sync and remove disabled users from our AD environment.
