It's great how this gives us an overall view of the supplier using the FHR score, but there is additional information available if you need to take a deeper dive to assess what exactly led up to that score. Also they're very good at training (at no cost!) our teams on how to use the different features and help answer additional financial questions as they relate to the suppliers.
The FHR outreach is the best and worst part of Rapid Ratings. The best part is you can get accurate numbers from private companies and have valuable insight into the financial risk of the business.

Analyzing Financial Health Ratings: Insight and Usability
I like Rapid Ratings however it lacks a lot of depth in the HealthMark rating and the tool's usability. The FHR is outstanding and the service is outstanding, yet it is very expensive and not always affective and getting results. It takes a lot of effort internally to get FHR to be an effective program internally.
