Solid financial risk assessment of suppliers with training support for further exploration
Rapid Ratings provides a great, in-depth view of potential and current suppliers. We use this when evaluating potential suppliers as well as assessing current suppliers as part of our risk management strategy. The team at Rapid Ratings has been great in terms of answering questions and providing training to our employees on how to use their services. - Senior Associate50M-1B USDBankingReview Source
Financial Health Scores Offer Clarity but Lack Depth in Qualitative Context
The service works well as a complimentary data point, supporting professional judgement rather than replacing it - Director of Supplier Risk Management10B+ USDManufacturingReview Source
Analyzing Financial Health Ratings: Insight and Usability
I like Rapid Ratings however it lacks a lot of depth in the HealthMark rating and the tool's usability. The FHR is outstanding and the service is outstanding, yet it is very expensive and not always affective and getting results. It takes a lot of effort internally to get FHR to be an effective program internally.
