We have had an extreme amount of issues with our multiple Watchguard devices including slowness, crashing, unexplained behavior, and general annoyance with our products.

I like the support, flexibility, and the ability to grow with out business

The management plane is a little easier to navigate than other competing devices we have worked with.

1 - The management console for the system is easy to maneuver, 2 - Documentation for the product was complete and readily available, 3 - the performance and feature set as compared to the cost was outstanding

All my complaints are more personal preference than technical. I would like to see some minor changes to the UI to make management easier. I'd also like to see some sort of specialized training specific to the WG products to help fully understand the product and it's capabilities.

Continuous crashing, extreme slowness, DDOS attacks have shut the firewall down entirely in the past for us, constant downtimes

1 -With so many features, a sample configuration template that can be adjusted would have been helpful, 2 - would have liked to have another configurable port available, 3- with the vast documentation, it would be helpful to have accompanying video tutorials
