Flexential is an evolving data center hosting service used by my company but they offer many additional services. Their account management and customer focus has been outstanding the entire relationship and their facilities staff are accommodating and professional. The management and audit tools they provide to work with the service are very good and continually evolving and improving.

The quality of the facilities and the support teams, both sales and facility, and their responsiveness and upbeat attitudes.

What stands out most is the Flexential team's genuine commitment to our success. The deployment was executed with exceptional quality, and on schedule. Flexential has also been incredible flexible - always ready to provide exactly what we need.

The facility is in an excellent location and is very well-kept. Security is top notch, with biometric readers required on most doors. Remote hands services are excellent. Break room is comfortable and provides some refreshments.

The services are extensive beyond the data center and I am not sure we stay current on everything they do. My company's investment size will drop us out of the dedicated account team tier, which has been consistently very strong staff and contracting requirements hamper flexibility of service exchange or realignment in off cycles, i.e. can't drop a service is to reduce spend below the contract value before the contract ends.

There were some initial problems with invoicing which took staff changes to resolve. As a growing operator in this space there is a slight limitation in deployment site availability, however as they grow more sites are coming online.

I have had some issues in the past with the facility believing we had equipment racked incorrectly, but we worked it out. The main datacenter area sometimes has some debris about the hallways.
