    FMX is a great solution for scheduling, ticketing, and inventory management for any size business. Schedule requests and support tickets are easy for users to submit, and the approval/response is seamless. Also, being able to utilize our current IdP for SSO into the portal is a big plus.

Ease of use for end users to be able to get support has been the biggest plus for our organization. Before we were using separate software for scheduling and ticketing that was linked to emails. There was no user portal at all. This process was very cumbersome, but FMX has made it easy for users to submit support requests and get the help they need all in one place.
