Like

Pretty simple interface, relatively quick to learn, had a lot of applications for the environment of the school where I worked. It was also inexpensive, which considering that schools in the US have virtually no budget, makes it a good solution for many. As far as putting in tickets, it was pretty simple, better than another software I used in higher ed, that's for sure.

Dislike

Claims to support day-to-day operations but it isn't THAT reliable in my opinion. I suppose you get what you pay for. It does expose a lot of the cracks in the system and shows how important internal comms are.
