They respond quickly to issues and take the extra steps to find solutions that may be out of the main stream of requests, like providing a BIRT support expert and responding to tight deadlines for auditing requests to meet SOX compliance. IBM TRIRIGA is an exceptional product that provides a range of capabilities allowing companies to pick and choose how to best use its features and functionality, as well as add on as a company expands their needs and improve operational efficiencies. IBM is continually polling their customers for feedback and specific functions that will improve their product and are on top of changes in the industry, as well as regulations and compliance from FASB and SOX to ensure IBM TRIRIGA continues to meet or exceed compliance. Since the product is highly customizable, it allows for a more positive workplace experience without a lot of extra training regardless of the module: Space Planning, Capital Planning, Facilities Management, Lease Accounting, Portfolio Management and/or Real Estate Management.
