I've worked with a lot of versions of SAP for 3 years. With Hana and Fiori ,i thnik the user experience developed really good. But if you implement SAP to your whole system. You should work hard SAP to be compatible with your company.

The most important feature of SAP is that it can meet every need of a company.Even the major ones. Integration with other product can be done. The support from SAP itself is really good. The best solution for a company anyway.

Functionality and features, continuous enhancement, great echo system

user interface could be improved suggestive hints/prompts could be provided pricing could be cuatomizable

From the company perspective that i dislike about SAP is the price. Yes SAP can cover up every need of the company but SAP needs so much customization and SAP needs to be taken care of professionals. New user needs key user or consultants to use SAP. There can be no user guide in the first place.
