The planning and design at the executive level was done very well. They took the time to understand our business and how best to apply it. They had a solid program that we followed and we really enjoyed the FM people, especially Reps.
They did a great job project managing us to keep us on track (without feeling rushed), especially as our team had a tight timeline.
The online content is robust and provides a strong foundation for training. The delivered training always exceeds expectations for delivery and making it relevant to our audience. And the set-up on the back-end is intuitive - and if I have questions, I know who to reach out to and that they will be responsive.
I can't say there was anything that we disliked.
Post launch, we have a CSM to work with that is great, and she's given us a lot of resources (like deck templates, forecast meeting guides, and more) that we can use post-launch to drive adoption. I think it would be helpful to build this side of the offering out even more, or pushing our team to have the supporting collateral and pieces in place before go-live to support.
We are a sales organization, yet our people don't want to be told they are in sales. Some of the content therefore falls a little flat when it can't be modified for our audience. However, for the most part the content can be updated so the language we use is incorporated and is well-received, but not all content can be modified for this purpose.
