so this single product contains two features DLP and SWG, which is very unique and make this product on top. It helps us to detect and restrict our organization sensitive data to go outside world. It is very easy to integrate our all cloud product with this Forcepoint One platform. All data present at one centralized platform which is very helpful for us to pull reports and showcase to our management team anytime.
Forcepoint One provides CSPM and Saas security posture management features. Zero trust capabilities provide safe use of private businesses on web apps, securing sensitive data, advanced threat protection, secure web gateway, etc. The data access map helps in a broader way and application helps with risk reduction.

sometimes policy changes take longer time which is problematic. TAC team not comes on call easily, as have to take more follow ups over on mail.
Managing users and groups through the interface is challenging at some point. Support service lacks in knowledge and they do not have relevant answers. Integration with other applications is necessary. Expanding server location may improve performance in some regions.
