App seems to drop extremely rarely, even on weaker connections. The amount of tools featured in just one app makes for a nice experience. Lightweight on devices and doesn't take too much resources from the computer.

It has stable performance with centralized management capabilities. It has seamless integration with the Fortinet security eco system. It has strong endpoint protection and compliance enforcement.
If the app breaks, uninstalling and reinstalling is like pulling teeth. You also generally need to reconfigure the app as it wipes out prior saved data. The console that controls everything is a little overwhelming to learn from the sheer amount of options.
Frequent disconnects with no clear error explanation often requiring network resets etc can install duplicate drivers causing network issues limited troubleshooting
