The Incident dashboard gives a real-time view of active threats a, containment status and response timelines which is critical for maintain situational awareness in a high risk environment . The integration between detection investigation and response feels seamless , allowing our team to move quickly from alert triage to root cause analysis without losing context. Overall, the solution has strengthened our incident management , workflow tracking and case management maturity and reduced the time it takes to identify , track and resolve security incident .

We have had a great experience with it. It's great for managing incidents and gives a unified dashboard for everyone in and across teams to follow and work from when something goes wrong. The multiple incident categorization and SLA that goes with it helps a lot in creating and the amount of effort to put in fixing things. Another awesome part is the slack integration and managing everything from slack itself(not that the platform is not great to use). When on-call, even not being owner of affected service, incident management and overseeing the response and nudging people has never been easier.

The workflow tracking was robust and the dashboard gave our team great visibility during events.
