My overall experience with CrowdStrike Incident response have been very positive, especially from an operational and administrative standpoint within the energy sector . The platform provides as structured and efficient workflow for managing incidents end to end , with clear visibility into case progression , evidence collation and analyst actions . The Incident dashboard gives a real-time view of active threats a, containment status and response timelines which is critical for maintain situational awareness in a high risk environment . The integration between detection investigation and response feels seamless , allowing our team to move quickly from alert triage to root cause analysis without losing context. Overall, the solution has strengthened our incident management , workflow tracking and case management maturity and reduced the time it takes to identify , track and resolve security incident .

My experience using Palo Alto Networks Cortex XDR as a core part of our incident response strategy. We use it comprehensively: detection and alerts, forensic investigation, threat hunting, and automated response, in addition to integrating it with other EDR/XDR tools we already had in our environment. We deployed ServiceNow Security Incident Response and overall the experience was really solid. The platform proved genuinely versatile — it adapted well to different workflows and team structures, which isn't something every SOAR-adjacent tool can claim. Incident Response and Case Management capabilities stood out from the start.

We have had a great experience with it. It's great for managing incidents and gives a unified dashboard for everyone in and across teams to follow and work from when something goes wrong. The multiple incident categorization and SLA that goes with it helps a lot in creating and the amount of effort to put in fixing things. Another awesome part is the slack integration and managing everything from slack itself(not that the platform is not great to use). When on-call, even not being owner of affected service, incident management and overseeing the response and nudging people has never been easier.

We used PagerDuty as the backbone of our incident management for quite a while before we eventually moved away. Overall it was a very dependable platform. The workflow tracking was robust and the dashboard gave our team great visibility during events. It took a bit of effort to setup our configurations and fine tune alerts but it definitely helped us with response times while we had it.

From last 1.6 year i am using Fortisoar as a developerr, my focus is on optimizing the SOC infrastructure. It centralize incident managment and case management through its robust rest api. The plateform built in dashboard engine is higly customizable.Building visual playbooks for automate incident response has significantly reduced our response time.

When testing this product I found it very easy to use and the great things about it are the dynamic playbooks the way it coverts documents into mobile friendly work flows.
