Ball was dropped regarding Sourcing Platform
If I could give the software 0 stars as it relates to their sourcing software that would be my true rating. Functionality of the software is not as intuitive as the sales team demonstrated. Roll out was very disappointing as the GEP representatives clearly did not know the in's and out's of their software. We were also plagued with upgrades to the system which changed core user interfaces which entailed staff needing to be re-educated on how to navigate portions of the system. Overall there has been more system enhancement requests as the functionality with their RFP platform is not up to par. The contract life cycle management works as advertised. Our main pain points have been their sourcing platform as ease of use seems to be a common issue.
