- The real-time tracking and analytics that you can see when your document has been sent to a client allows you to stay up to date with where the signatory is in the process. - Being able to add a personalised video when sending the document off signature is a great feature. We found that it increased the conversion rate when adding a personalised video. - The GetAccept mobile app is a great complimentary application that allows you to quickly send off documents on the go and track the open rates etc.

- Limited integration capability with CRMs. This does result in extra effort required in the process if it doesn't integrate directly. - There is a bit of a steep learning curve at first which means that there is some training needed in order for people to be able to use the platform independently. - GetAccept does not provide much flexibility in terms of customisation. It hinders you from being able to fully customise document sending with things such as logos and branding.

There was nothing to dislike. If there was something that we needed customized, they made every effort to make us happy.
