- Limited integration capability with CRMs. This does result in extra effort required in the process if it doesn't integrate directly. - There is a bit of a steep learning curve at first which means that there is some training needed in order for people to be able to use the platform independently. - GetAccept does not provide much flexibility in terms of customisation. It hinders you from being able to fully customise document sending with things such as logos and branding.
