CI/CD integration is great, being powerful and easy to configure. The ability to manage permissions granularly is great to ensure security Code reviews are excellent, super intuitive allowing for easy discussion of code changes.
The scalability of the total services. We have grown with the product and never had the problem of a too big or too small sized solution. We enjoy every process because many things are configurable and we can tailor the solution directly to our needs.
Performance issues on large projects - Page load times and search performance slow down with heavy repositories Complexity for new users - The rich feature set can be overwhelming without proper onboarding UI/UX inconsistencies - some menus and settings are nested in ways that make them hard to locate quickly.
UI performance can be sluggish User Interface becomes cluttered when there are complex projects Search results can be inconsistent
Some update processes of our own hosted infrastructure have failed over the years of use. It has gotten much better in the last versions of the product but this is the only dislike which I can find for now.
