I don't think BT is any better or worse than other vendors in the space. But in general, I do find their service level and delivery falling behind and getting worse than 5 years ago.

The global network of BT has coverage in everywhere that our customers are located. This makes it very easy to build solutions for them and it is backed up by very high SLA. We hardly experienced any downtime I believe it is due to the fact that BT has a great resilliency in their global network.
