- The coverage and strength of 5G connection is better than any other mobile service that I have used. There is rarely if ever an area of weakness or outage. - The Mobile Hotspot strength of signal is significant and allows me to work on the go while travelling which is very helpful. - The regular updates from BT as to the amount of usage is helpful to monitor the usage over time.
Agility in providing quotes and presenting offers. Delays in deliveries when relying on last-mile suppliers. There is a bit of a delay in the innovation fields such as AI and automation tools.
They are slow to deliver. A lot of times they over promise and under deliver. Because we have been with them for so long, I feel they are complacent.
- The graphs that are displayed on the usage charts are not always the clearest and it is difficult to tell why you used more or less data month to month. - The options to increase data are costly compared to fixed charges.
