Partnership - this is one of the most collaborative and flexible partnerships I've experienced - they truly work with me to find the best solutions for my company, even if they aren't the most beneficial to Globant. Staffing - Globant have provided candidates for our consideration and allowed us to interview and select candidates rather than just staffing according to pre-determined requirements and have been extremely responsive to correcting issues or requests to change personnel. This has resulted in an incredibly high-performing team. Cost - Globant has been very supportive of restructuring pricing as needed and creative in solutions to control the cost while still providing high-quality services.

They have developed and implemented numerous digital platforms, so they have engineers with deep technical knowledge that can help a company be successful through the digital and AI journey.

Their initial focus is on staffing from LATAM - would prefer a more global focus for time zone coverage and cost management. They do have global presence, but I have had to specifically ask for staff from non-LATAM locations. They have proposed solutions that sound amazing on paper, but are missing depth in terms of actual experience or success stories. These are often proposed as T&M, but would better serve the customer as FFP to reduce risk. Communications with stakeholders are often highly technical - we've struggled a bit to get our sprint demos at a high enough level and with enough business-value context to be meaningful to stakeholders.

Is the occasional inconsistency in communication and project timelines. While their technical expertise is solid, there have been instances where delays occurred due to unclear expectations or misalignment during critical project phases. Additionally, the cost structure can sometimes lack transparency, making it challenging to predict final expenses, especially when dealing with scope changes. These issues, while not deal-breakers, highlight areas where Globant could improve to ensure a smoother and more predictable client experience

Not necessarily a dislike but they are focused on IT services. They are not a fully fledged consulting company with deep expertise in business processes. While they have good people who have been exposed to some, it is not part of their DNA and core offering. Having said that, I like that they are focused.
