Automatic scaling to handle large traffic with security.
I love the ease of integration mainly with cloud provided by google i.e Google Cloud platform. Also, IP whitelisitng part and attaching backend security policies to backend services using cloud armor policies is good. Few Managed rules to stop web based attacks and DDoS attacks are pretty good to use.
If offers great scalability to handle massive traffic loads and its traffic management feature allows us to fine-tune our DDoS protection measures, set custom traffic thresholds and configure automatic traffic diversion. It is highly reliable at blocking IPs outside of the range we have specified and the performance is great.
The pricing model is bit complicated, and initial setup is complex and less documentation is available on the issues faced.
I disliked the product's overall capability and strength. Service is bad from GCP compared to other vendors. Not keeping up with the latest cyber security trends. Ease of use is bad and a glitch UI to handle things are the things I disliked.
Documentation is the only thing where I feel it is a bit lacking, it can be further improved to offer multiple resources that guide users better on the use of its advanced features.

Cloud Armor of google is good in terms of the capability of the tool to handle security incidents. For me in my org, I feel this is somewhat ok as it's not that great in handling a few edge cases like web application based attacks. They have a good deal with handling DDoS but still lack a few capabilities in bot detection. Improving Security with Google Cloud Armor
My experience with Google Cloud Armor is just awesome. I started implementing the cloud armor policies to all my backend services which works awesome in protecting my backend servcies from external attacks. The configuration support mainly the threat intelligence support of Cloud armor of GCP is so good and helps us in blocking Malicious IP's and tor exit node IP's. This GCP service is well versed in maintaining upto date Threat intel and clean configurations as well. I really liked this product.
