Provides better DDoS protection on the google cloud applications, comes with WAF rules. Easy to integrate with google cloud load balancer, and compute engine.

Cloud Armor of google is good in terms of the capability of the tool to handle security incidents. For me in my org, I feel this is somewhat ok as it's not that great in handling a few edge cases like web application based attacks. They have a good deal with handling DDoS but still lack a few capabilities in bot detection. Overall it's a good tool but not a great one to go with.
