Gone are the days of having to pass a document back and forth over email without being sure that what you're working with is the most recent version. There was so much room for error. I love that I can start a document and invite a collaborator to engage with it in a variety of ways. Being a part of a franchise organization, I have colleagues all across North America. Google Workspace allows us to join forces and work together toward a common goal without an organizational nightmare.

Read Full ReviewThe thing that I like most about Google Workspace is that it is very easy to access, it is available on all platforms like web browser, desktop, android and iPhone device, which makes remotely access the files from the workspace a lot easier. The other thing that I like about Google Workspace is that it is highly secure, you can enable two factor authentication.

Honestly, the price. We're on the Enterprise tier due to the size of our organization, and we pay a significant fee per user. Other competing software comes in at a much lower price point.
Read Full ReviewI don't like the product segmentation i.e. if you only lack the storage space you have to upgrade your pricing plan paying for additional features you don't need. Extending storage is possible too, but the price is not attractive for small companies. However, Workspace is not an expensive service in general and offers good value for money.

The other thing that i dislike about Google Workspace is that its pricing is high for a small team. There is also very limited support for customization for most of the tools available in Google Workspace.

Highlighting the Features and Limitations of Google's Product Suite
Docs and sheets are pretty great, arguably better than Word and Excel in terms of usability and collaboration. Slides is a little inferior in terms of options compared to PowerPoint. GMail is the best in the business but our company rarely uses emails.
