It works as a great content analytics tool apart from it being a one shop sales enablement. As a team it gives us great visibility into what Buyers are consuming and that is a great insight!
Loved the idea of integrating AI into our sales process and for the most part incredibly easy and intuitive platform to use... loved the pre-meeting prep aspect and the ability to bring all stakeholders into the conversation for current and upcoming sales projects
Our sales team loves GTM Buddy. It is typically difficult to get sales teams to use any new technology, but we got immediate buy-in and extremely high utilization in the first month. GTM Buddy has is intuitive, is super simple to use, and our sellers saw the value in it immediately. Bonus 1: It was easier to implement than a competitor's product that I had helped implement at a previous company. Bonus 2: The support provided by their CSMs is, in my opinion, best in class.
The UI can be more engagingI feel today people still get confused when finidng assets so we direct them to the relevant folders. Even though we have a tagging system, I see some room for improvement for the UI to get super advanced so that people can find relevant assets in 1-2 clicks.
Our Product Set is highly specific - which meant we had to be creative when implementing go to market suggestions. Contextual Search engine though not fault of the product was not relevant to much of our go to market sales strategies Engagement tracking wasn't necessarily what we needed as most sales in diverse verticals are won and done type opportunities...
1. Recent changes made to the home screen UI do not use the real estate well. The previos generation gave more info and options above the fold. 2. High level analytics are intuitive and very helpful to front-line sellers. As an admin, I would like to drill deeper into some of the data.
