As a marketing individual in the b2b space, my biggest headachae has always been the content black hole - we spend tons of high wuality whitepapers and battlecards only for them to sit unused in a drive folder because the sales team can't find them when they are on a call. We moved to gtm buddy about 8 months ago, and the experience has been a stark departure from the typical heavily enabled platforms. What stands out is most tools require you to go and search while gtm pushes the right collateral into the rep's workflow. Ask buddy accuracy is something else we often struggle with and deal with specific technical queries during the rfp stage. The AI doesn't just give generic fluff; it crawls our uploaded technical docs to provide precise answers. This has cut down the back and forth between my team and the product team by at least 40%. The DSRs that is the digital sales rooms has proffesionalized our follow up process. Instead of sending 5 separate PDF attachments that get stuck in spam filters, our reps send one clean, branded link. Buyer intent analytics - seeing exactly which slides a decision maker lingered on allows me to coach my reps on what to highlight in the meeting.

It crawls our internal technical docs to answer complex prospect queries instantly. This has drastically cut down the internal ping-pong between our sales and product teams, allowing us to respond to RFPs and technical hurdles in minutes rather than days. Buyer Intent via Digital Sales Rooms Moving away from attachments to branded links has been a game-changer for professionalizing our outreach. The standout is the granular tracking knowing exactly which stakeholders spent time on the pricing slide versus the case study allows us to pivot our strategy based on actual buyer interest, not just gut feeling.

Our sales team loves GTM Buddy. It is typically difficult to get sales teams to use any new technology, but we got immediate buy-in and extremely high utilization in the first month. GTM Buddy has is intuitive, is super simple to use, and our sellers saw the value in it immediately. Bonus 1: It was easier to implement than a competitor's product that I had helped implement at a previous company. Bonus 2: The support provided by their CSMs is, in my opinion, best in class.

Initial UI Clutter: The interface can feel a bit overwhelming at first, because it's so proactive in surfacing content, there's a learning curve to filtering out the noise to get to specific admin setttings. Reporting Depth: While the seller analytics are great, I'd like more drill-down customization for admin reports. Exploring specific engagment data into our external BI tools for ROI tracking could be more seamless. Latency in the Extension: The Chrome extension occasinally lags when loading heavy assets into a draft. In a fast paced sales environment, even a few seconds of lag can be a bit frustrating for the resp

It could be more intuitive, the possibilities for integrations e multiple, the creation of de FAQ with more choices

1. Recent changes made to the home screen UI do not use the real estate well. The previos generation gave more info and options above the fold. 2. High level analytics are intuitive and very helpful to front-line sellers. As an admin, I would like to drill deeper into some of the data.
