My Experience with GTT global WAN services has been positive, but with some areas of improvement, The Global reach and backbone network quality are impressive- connectivity between our offices across regions has been generally reliable and consistent. The ability to integrate MPLS, DIA, SD-WAN under a single service provider gives us flexibility and gives us flexibility and simplifies management. That said there have been occasional latency issues during peak times, especially for routes in APAC, while support is impressive, the resolution process sometimes takes longer than expected time.
