1. It is very easy to upload message templates on this dashboard and it get's approved by meta in few minutes only. 2. It can be integrated with automation tool web engage to send WhatsApp message without the need to login on its own unify Whatsapp analytics dashboard. 3. All the analytics data is send to web engage via Delivery Callback URL that just require a one time integration on its analytics panel. All data like message read and clicks are passed to web engage and we don't have to login on its panel for report. 4. If a user send an message back to us, we can easily check the same in the incoming message report section on the gupshup report panel.

editing the template will need more time even if the changes is just a small part within the template.

1. High fixed maintenance fees. 2. Reporting is one day delayed and Realtime report is not 100% accurate. 3. Sometimes it takes 1 day to approve a template with editing in done on al already approved template.

    Great tool for Whatsapp, SMS & Voice Message

    We use gupshup conversational engagement platform to send WhatsApp message to our users. It has 2 way communication channel with our user base. Its great tool to send WhatsApp message to meta users without any hassle. Moreover we have integrated with our automation CRM tool webenage and it works flawless. It is able to satisfy all our requirements. only one cons is its little high pricing and monthly fixed maintenance fees charged. SMS can also be send via gupshup but presently we have not implemented that yet on your platform.
