We use gupshup conversational engagement platform to send WhatsApp message to our users. It has 2 way communication channel with our user base. Its great tool to send WhatsApp message to meta users without any hassle. Moreover we have integrated with our automation CRM tool webenage and it works flawless. It is able to satisfy all our requirements. only one cons is its little high pricing and monthly fixed maintenance fees charged.
