With the past few years, Guru really stands out with a massive improvement there AI capabilities and features. Guru's user-friendly, simple to use, and easy to navigate the UI. Lastly, the search option is really powerful, this always gets what information I want and looking for.
It's still difficult to traverse through the internal wiki to get automated answers when integrating this with AI.
Content can get outdated if not regularly maintained. Search sometimes surfaces too many results making it harder to find the right card. Lmited formatting options in cards compared to other knowledge tools.
There was a time that I forgot to verify the cards since the prompt wasn't very noticeable. I would like to have more such as the ability to edit columns, more text colors, and the alignment of images.
