I love the powerful and accurate search capability it can search the same things in seconds that will take me manually more than an hour sometimes, also easy integration setup with existing tools with minimal effort and also its very user friendly if we see the interface that the user will use.

One of the most useful features being an AI tool is the functionality to build agents. An Agent can be built on to automate your daily regular tasks which makes your regular processes efficient. Useful prompts/agents can be shared with other team members within the org who can benefit from the pre-defined prompt.

Sometimes newly added date takes time to appear in search results and the authentication time for the clean sometimes takes a little longer but it's very minimal and does not affect user productivity.Also, pricing may be slightly higher for small teams or startups

What worked well: 1. Search Accuracy - Intelligent to merge all org data, helpful if you need access to all org-wide details 2. User Interface is good - Clean, Modern & Easy to navigate. 3. Slack Integration 4. Permission- Sensitive search 5. Setup Time What's bad: 1. Limited Contextual Understanding - Misunderstands multi-layered commands, keyword-dependent search rather than true semantic comprehension 2. Lack of actionability - Provide links & info reference but does not support deeper summarization, Insight generation & task automation 3. Customization optimization on prioritizing, data display is limited. 4. Limited user insights & analytics 5. Gets a lot of times, Indexing & tag syncing lags, with complex prompts - it hangs your system completely.
