The UI is great. I was new to using the software a year ago but I never had to look at any support articles to find what I was looking for. I just logged in and was able to use the software without any training or anything.
Easy to use with full service capabilities.
I love how easy it is to request time off, check balances, and set charity donations.
I really don't have anything for this section. I haven't ran into anything that isn't easy to use in this software.
The cost is on the higher side. is not a good option for complex payroll needs.
I don't like that they offer payroll advances. It feels yucky. But I'm sure that's a good business decision for them and helpful for some people.
