Managing separate payroll systems creates ongoing complexity and extra workload
I cannot express enough how disappointed I am in this product. Everything from implementation to the final product has been difficult. We were told that our payroll would be processed by Paylocity. Unfortunately, that is not true. They white label a third party for their Canadian payroll and we are now working on two separate payroll systems. Tax compliance is hit or miss and must be monitored closely. Compared to other like-products, I would classify it as a good product, but there are things that could take it to a great status that Paylocity has yet to implement.
