Hackrate is quite easy for organizations to set up and maintain their bug bounty programs. They are very responsive to custom requests and always available for assistance.

Optimal Workshop is good for some methods and not so much for others. It fills a necessary gap in your tool suite, but is not an all-encompassing solution. Because its sweet spot is in tree tests and card sorts, which determine info architecture and navigation, it's typically not a tool that's needed continuously year after year, but can be critical for a moment in time.
