Like

The service desk feature is very strong and rich which has enabled us to be very granular and funnel tickets to the correct department. The native integrations are also very rich allowing us to integrate our external product stack. The overall central management of the platform is very good allowing the agent to see at a high level, the full information regarding a customer without having to jump around different portals.

Quick to get up and running, enabling the business to move fast.

The product is quick and easy to use with loads of features.

Dislike

Although the product is very customizable, there are areas that are not such as subscriptions. The project management function is not the most intuitive to configure.

Extensive HTML editing knowlage needed

The product is fast, however it can slow down when lots of operations are happening at once e.g. API integrations during the day regularly polling for data. To overcome this, use less regular intervals and overnight.
