Makes it easier to have more informed conversations with hiring managers and justify recommendations. Process is overall smooth and the support team is responsive but TAT can sometimes be a bit stretched in case of urgent requirements. Also, a bit more flexibility in customization would improve the experience further. All in all, it's a reliable solution when you need deeper insights for critical hiring decisions.
