It was most effective in Cash App and Collections. All payments are processed through High Radius first and then a consolidated output feeds into our ERP. This reduces reconciliation complexity. The Collections Module supported standardised customer outreach, by generating letters based on ERP data, which keeps disput and deduction workflows outside of the ERP.
We still have some challenges regarding analytics, but nothing that is a show stopper.
