No real issues but would love to see more customizable features
The lack of a face to speak with when you are answering a question asked to you provides a feeling of detachment or not being taken seriously.
Sometimes candidates are not comfortable talking to the screen without any real time feedback and also a more user-friendly mobile interface for candidates since some struggle.
