Our overall experience with this system has been mixed. The hardware is fine, but support isn't adequate. Hi-Track isn't opening cases automatically, we checked that with your technician a few times now, also he came to change a controller without the part cause you didn't ship it to him. You fixed everything at the end, but we wasted time.
