Hi-Track isn't opening cases automatically, we checked that with your technician a few times now, also he came to change a controller without the part cause you didn't ship it to him. You fixed everything at the end, but we wasted time.

The reliability of the Hitachi brand. Product rebustness and reliablity. Product performance. On the service side, experience in installation, commissioning, and management is extremely professional.
Management is pretty complex. It definitely took a bit of learning to figure out how the management side works.
Hi-Track failure is annoying, we slept on some issue for a while because of it. Many support interventions are a waste of our time.
