Overall experience was positive, although it started not as well as we had hoped. Commercially and contractually Rackspace are a difficult organisation to agree terms with. They adopt a very hard-lined stance when it comes to what they can agree to. Additionally some of the promises made prior to award did not carry through when it came to contract award, console access being one such example along with speed of implementing you over to the cloud. However as the implementation progressed they became much more supportive and accommodating of what they can do.
