Great balance of storage performance and virtualization support for vmware environments

Nimble Storage is a relatively simple platform to manage, let down by unused or poor AI in Infosight Cloud management. Realtime monitoring and troubleshooting is relatively poor as data is only analysed once every 24 hours and granularity of performance is lost relatively quickly on the array. Support has been declining slowly since the HPE acquisition and the OS code is suffering, with service impacting bugs becoming more prevalent in high performance environments. Efforts to suggest improvements to the whole solution have gone nowhere and only if you are investing heavily in their products are they interested in future direction.
