The Fulfil product (Service Director) is far ahead of the traditionally telco competition. It may need a company with vision to see the opportunities though.
Easy to implement and configure, effective results, excellent implementation service
Whereas HPE globally have excellent calibre people, I feel they are a little thin on the ground. The Assure product (TeMIP) is quite robust but a little dog eared. I feel it hasn't moved with the times.
There is no RPA products available for automation
