NetAct is an excellent multi-domain, multi-technology OSS solution for managing 5G network which helps with network performance optimization, managing network configuration, supports latest network elements without a need to upgrade the OSS, it is also possible to upgrade the system with nearly zero downtime.
product has evolved a lot by adding more tools/functionalities which created some data Silos and non homogenous user interfaces. you would need to use different screens / launch different apps to manage your network.
sometimes it got hanged.
It lacks the much desired AL/ML driven analytics capabilities like time series analysis which would have been great for understanding how the network is likely to behave at certain time.
