When it is working , it works fantastic. When it is not working, most of the time we need to engage HPe Engineer to work on it.
Not working as in hardware failure (and then everything breaks) until need to rebuild the setup. However, to be fair, the issue only happen at a particular sites. So i am not sure if it is due to environmental factors such as high dust environment.
Other than that, other sites are working flawlessly.
Only complain is pretty hard to navigate HPe sites to obtain software for upgrade the appliance version.

from my point of view HP have great key points, the most valuable for me is backup included on this solution.

maybe this solution is not easy to implement and you need high knowledge on other technologies live ESX Vmware, hardware or storage concepts. Also , i think you need to take some time to negotiate licenses and cost with your HPE provider if you want o take some good discounts.
It only runs on HPE hardware and reduces flexibility; first time setup is too complex compared to other HCI Solutions,
