Functionality Includes: -Defining, overseeing and controlling the entire compensation cycle from budget modeling to award allocations within different rules and budgets to employee communication. -Ability for line managers to make more strategic award decisions based on performance and potential. -Provides HR with real-time visibility into decisions being made on an employee-by-employee basis. -Review award recommendations, model changes and make mass updates before completing final award approvals with HRSoft’s Modeling Tool. -Publish and view employee compensation statements online, communicating new awards at the right time for each employee -Manages global currencies

It is very usefull for the long term incentive plan for the betterment into the orgainsation, also help for the total compensation planning. And also give the clarity of the pay for the performance for the individual into the orgarnisation. It also maintain the reward and recognition into the organsation.

Quick response time from our HRSoft team. It does the job we need it to do. Weekly meetings during testing and go-live.

I like this software because it makes compensation planning easy and organized. Real-time analytics are really useful for understanding pay trends, and the budgeting tools help keep everything on track. It also makes linking performance to compensation, which is great for rewarding employees fairly

Dislike

1. It is very expensive. 2.It is very complex to understand also need deep knowledge of the same. 3.There is limited flexibilty for the customisation of the compesation component.

No API integration with HRIS. Thus, must manually enter new hires, job changes, terminations that take place during the comp cycle. Have to add new job codes manually after go-live. The OTP is a mess. It causes issues every year. There must be an integration of some sort, on-going throughout the comp cycle, for us to continue using this product.

This software can be hard to set up at first. There aren't a lot of options to change things around, so it might not fit every company's needs. The interface could also be easier to use

    HRsoft's New Look: Perspectives on the Recent Platform Upgrade

    We have been using HRsoft for a few years now. This year the platform was upgraded and I liked the new look, reporting and dashboard. However, the new landing page dashboard did take quite a few consultation hours to customize.
