It is very usefull for the long term incentive plan for the betterment into the orgainsation, also help for the total compensation planning. And also give the clarity of the pay for the performance for the individual into the orgarnisation. It also maintain the reward and recognition into the organsation.

I like this software because it makes compensation planning easy and organized. Real-time analytics are really useful for understanding pay trends, and the budgeting tools help keep everything on track. It also makes linking performance to compensation, which is great for rewarding employees fairly
1. It is very expensive. 2.It is very complex to understand also need deep knowledge of the same. 3.There is limited flexibilty for the customisation of the compesation component.
No API integration with HRIS. Thus, must manually enter new hires, job changes, terminations that take place during the comp cycle. Have to add new job codes manually after go-live. The OTP is a mess. It causes issues every year. There must be an integration of some sort, on-going throughout the comp cycle, for us to continue using this product.
This software can be hard to set up at first. There aren't a lot of options to change things around, so it might not fit every company's needs. The interface could also be easier to use
