Creating simple reports is easy enough, but anything more complex is extremely cumbersome to create and very time consuming. Simple reports also run very quickly, but anything complex runs much slower. The scheduler not being to accommodate for DST time change is a HUGE issue that still has not been fixed.

One of the best parts of Hubble is that it does have a fairly extensive pool of report templates that we were able to leverage and customize very quickly - making our time to production very short.

Modifying simple reports is very easy to do that anyone with minimal training can do it.

User Experience; Easy to download; User Interface

Creating complex reports was more challenging. The SQL views/joins were limiting factors and the ability to capture third party data dictionary attributes made the data presentation less than ideal.

Scheduling reports. The scheduler does not take into account Daylight Savings Time. This is a huge issue because twice a year, we have to modify all the times on the reports in order for them to run at the appropriate time. When we asked support about this, they referred us to an enhancement request for us to vote on from over 2.5 years ago...

Time limit after which queries time-out; Load time to extract data; Accessing and downloading large files is very slow

Hubble is a very useful tool to link multiple datasets and generate reports, but i dont find it user friendly. The tool needs a lot of time and dedication to learn and still you are never a 100% confident on how to run reports. Also the reports run very slowly.

Hubble - Good UI and UX but lacks speed

Hubble is used to access and extract data from data tables. It's easy to use and execute queries. The interface is user friendly and new users can get accustomed easily.
