IBM EWM is super helpful especially for people like me who deal with radio network designs, OSS/BSS integration, or coordination across multiple teams. Handling all this can be chaotic and I am glad we use this platform as it helps keep large engineering teams aligned.

IBM Engineering Workflow Management Likes & Dislikes

Like

For my specific industry, what I really like about IBM EWM is that it offers end-to-end traceability from requirements to deployments, which is a game changer and helps keep everything in sync. This is essential since I work with developers, network engineers and vendors all in different time zones. I also love the fact that it offers enterprise-grade compliance, which is a must in telecom, especially under ISO/IEC, ETSI, or 3GPP compliance regimes.

Like

Tracking the workflow with all the details

Like

Its seamless collaboration features

Dislike

Its a complex system and for small teams or projects it might feel heavy. While this isnt necessarily a negative, it seems like overkill since not every project I use it for will end up needing full-blown workflow enforcement. Also, due to its complexity it is not the most intuitive platform out there.

Dislike

require high speed internet and good network to run

Dislike

It is quite easy to use. There is nothing to dislike about it.
