Quality of the people assigned to lead the project because of their experience from IBM's Client Zero and previous engagements.
Scale. IBM is huge, so they can handle anything you can throw at them.
Main minuses: - It required significant internal resources to support workshops, data gathering and implementation - The pace can sometimes feel slower compared to agile product planning tools, which can be challenging in a fast-moving software environment - Some recommendations felt overly generic or not fully tailored to the nuances of a large payroll software company without additional customization.
