Very flexible and this allows business user to take the best of it. They have a lot of autonomy in the design of their forms and process allowing a full empowerment. The embedded reporting avoid the cost to create/maintain a dedicated data warehouse and its data feeds. The platform is managed by IBM for us, removing the burden of knowing its technical task from the shoulders of our technical team. the can manage prod copy on other environment quite easily which is good for testing.

Lack of embedded controls on some setup actions, which can cause side effect is a delivery is not toughly tested. GUI is not modern making it hard to onboard end users.

The after-sales service regarding handling of findings or incidents related to the application, but not the requirement is not the best
