Performance of IBM Sterling Order Management Across Market Features
IBM Sterling Order Management Likes & Dislikes
It is very efficient when it comes to manage bulk of orders with a great load balancing feature, Application system is rarely down and both nodes are up and working through out the business day in our application landscape.
It supports our business needs well, it is flexible and powerful
1. Order Sourcing 2. Fulfillment 3. Reverse Logistics 4. Inventory Management
Sterling Order Manegement system is a bit costly with respect to to its peers
Integration is via IP addresses - would prefer DNS, minor niggles around deployment (no progress monitor), monitoring can be confusing (lots of graphs not always to pin point the infomation you need)
1. Product Support Cases require several levels of support to get to a resolution or have questions answered. At times requires escalations of open cases. 2. Limited System Management capabilities with the Out-of-the-Box On-Premise versions.
